Colossians 3:12-14 ESV “Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, compassionate hearts, kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, bearing with one another and, if one has a complaint against another, FORGIVING EACH OTHER; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also MUST FORGIVE. And above all these PUT ON LOVE, which binds everything together in perfect harmony.”

God says you and I, “MUST FORGIVE,” each other.” There ain’t no ifs, ands, or buts about it. It is nonnegotiable. God chose us to be the holy people He loves despite our sins, faults, and constant failures. All He ask is that we be willing to love and forgive others. He will help us do it.😊 He knows it’s not always easy. All we have to do is be willing to obey God in this. We all sin and fall short of God’s standard. (Romans 3:23) Sadly, some want God’s love, mercy, and forgiveness, but refuse to give it to others.😳 It doesn’t work that way. Anyone who says they’re a believer in Christ and holds grudges has been deceived by the devil.😓 Sometimes the hurt, the pain is so deep we block it out of our minds, but unforgiveness is still there. Let us pray to God to help us forgive. It is of the utmost importance:
Matthew 6:14-15 NLT “If you forgive those who sin against you, your heavenly Father will forgive you. [15] But if you refuse to forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.”
