Galatians 4:16 NLT “Have I now become your enemy because I am telling you the truth?”

If you go around telling the truth all day you will go around making enemies all day. How awesome!😃 Now you have many more opportunities to learn how to love your enemies the way Jesus says because of all the new enemies you have made. It all works out for the good:😊

Romans 5:3-5 NLT “We can REJOICE, too, when we run into problems and trials, for we know that they help us develop endurance. [4] And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation. [5] And this hope will not lead to disappointment. For we know how dearly God loves us, because he has given us the Holy Spirit to fill our hearts with his love.”

Matthew 5:43‭-‬48 ESV “You have heard that it was said, ‘You shall love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I say to you, LOVE YOUR ENEMIES and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust. FOR IF YOU LOVE THOSE WHO LOVE YOU, WHAT REWARD DO YOU HAVE? Do not even the tax collectors do the same? And if you greet only your brothers, what more are you doing than others? Do not even the Gentiles do the same? You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.”

Matthew 5:10-12 NLT “God blesses those who are persecuted for doing right, for the Kingdom of Heaven is theirs. [11] “God blesses you when people mock you and persecute you and lie about you and say all sorts of evil things against you because you are my followers. [12] BE HAPPY ABOUT IT! BE VERY GLAD! For a great reward awaits you in heaven. And remember, the ancient prophets were persecuted in the same way.”
