2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 KJV “And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should BELIEVE A LIE: 12 That they ALL MIGHT BE DAMNED who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.”

The truth can be a tough pill to swallow. The passage just read is for many. That God would allow people to be damned. Not only allow it but He sends them strong delusion so that they will believe a lie. This makes God look cruel to many. But they never ponder what people do to cause this curse. The passage explains that as well.
People say God is to blame for everything bad that happens in their lives. Even evil they themselves create. They are not like Job, a man who refused to blame or curse God though he suffered greatly. And Job did nothing wrong to deserve his suffering. But these people create their own misery and then hold God responsible for it. This is evil.
People want sin but don’t want the consequences of sin. They want Jesus and want to live like devils. They want heaven but give others hell. If we do not repent the judgment mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12 is well deserved. No, God is not unjust or unfair. He is The Righteous Judge. It is we who are unjust. It is our way that is crooked.
